We are a passionate outpatient physiotherapy practice that offer the latest evidence based care for our patients. We strive to achieve optimal recovery to function in the shortest period of time possible.

Our team of qualified physiotherapists aim to resolve injury, prevent dysfunction, promote healing through hands-on treatment, patient education and exercise rehabilitation.

We work closely alongside doctors, biokineticists, dieticians, psychologists and personal trainers to further our patients' care.

Here at Irene Physiotherapists we charge medical aid rates and we claim directly from your medical aid.

Please note that a depletion of your medical savings account and certain exclusion criteria may make you liable for the treatment cost.

Medical Aids

Referrals

Physiotherapists are first line practitioners and it is not necessary to have a referral from your doctor.

If your condition requires attention from another discipline, we will refer you to the necessary specialist.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to your first appointment as this will allow for enough time to fill in the necessary forms to open a medical file for you.

Appointments are usually 45 minutes.
